We collect information you provide directly to us when you join our waitlist or contact us. This includes:

• Mobile phone number — collected as your primary waitlist identifier and used to send you SMS updates about Statia Restore batch #001.
• Email address — optional, collected for launch notifications and product updates.
• Usage data — standard web analytics such as pages visited, browser type, and referring URL.

We do not collect payment information through the waitlist. No purchase is required to join.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Send you SMS messages about your waitlist position, formulation updates, and the batch #001 order window. Message frequency is approximately 2–4 per month. Standard message and data rates may apply.
• Send email updates if you provided your address.
• Maintain your place in the waitlist and honor founding pricing commitments.
• Analyze how our site is used so we can improve it.
• Respond to your questions or requests.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text from us.

3. SMS / Text Messaging

By providing your mobile number and submitting the waitlist form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Statia, Inc. at the number provided. This consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message frequency: approximately 2–4 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

• For support, you may also contact your mobile carrier.

4. Service Providers

We share your information only with the service providers necessary to operate our waitlist:

• Resend — email delivery. Your email address is stored in Resend's audience database.
• Upstash — database infrastructure. Your phone number and waitlist position are stored in an Upstash Redis instance.
• Vercel — website hosting and deployment.

We do not sell your personal information. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your phone number and waitlist position for as long as the waitlist is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to fulfill any founding-member commitments. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@drinkstatia.com. Deletion requests will be completed within 30 days.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze traffic and improve the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not function correctly if you do.

7. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and how it is used.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information).

Our waitlist is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. For material changes, we will notify waitlist members by SMS or email.
