1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Statia website at drinkstatia.com and your participation in the Statia Restore early access list. By joining the list or using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not join the list or use the site.

Statia, Inc. is a Delaware corporation registered to do business in Texas ("Statia," "we," "us," or "our").

2. The Early Access List

The Statia Restore early access list is a free pre-launch list. You join by giving us your email address. Joining does not create a purchase obligation for you or a delivery obligation for us, and no payment is collected through the list.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to join. Each person may hold one place on the list.

Everyone on the list can order batch #001 during an early access window that opens 24 hours before public launch. We will email you when it opens. Batch #001 is limited (approximately 1,500 tubs) and is available while supplies last; early access does not guarantee that stock will remain when you place your order.

3. Founding Offer

The first 200 people to join the early access list (positions #1 through #200, ordered by sign-up time) are founding members. Founding members get 50% off their first order of Statia Restore. At the planned launch price of $59 for a one-month supply, that is $30.

• The discount applies to one order per founding member, placed using the email address that holds the founding position.
• Founding positions are personal and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
• The founding offer cannot be combined with other discounts unless we say otherwise.
• We may remove duplicate sign-ups, sign-ups made with automated tools, and sign-ups we reasonably believe were made in bad faith (for example, one person holding several positions).

Your position is shown when you sign up. Once the first 200 positions are taken, later sign-ups still get early access but not the founding discount.

4. Email Communications

By joining the list, you agree to receive launch-related emails from Statia, including formulation decisions, lab results, and the order window. We expect to send roughly two to four a month.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails or by emailing info@drinkstatia.com. Because the order window and founding offer are announced by email, unsubscribing means you may not hear when the window opens. Your place on the list is kept unless you ask us to delete your information.

5. Launch Timeline

We are targeting first shipments of Statia Restore batch #001 in February 2027. This date is an estimate, not a guarantee. Third-party laboratory testing, manufacturing, and regulatory processes may affect timing. If the timeline shifts materially, we will email everyone on the early access list and update this site. Joining the list does not create any right to compensation if the launch is delayed.

6. No Medical Claims

Statia Restore is a dietary supplement. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Statements about ingredients have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Statia, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and early access list are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Statia, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or early access list, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the early access list will not exceed $100.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. For material changes, we will email people on the early access list before the changes take effect. Continued use of the site or list after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
