1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Statia website at drinkstatia.com and your participation in the Statia Restore waitlist. By joining the waitlist or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not join the waitlist or use the site.

Statia, Inc. is a Delaware corporation registered to do business in Texas ("Statia," "we," "us," or "our").

2. The Waitlist

The Statia Restore waitlist is a pre-launch interest list. Joining the waitlist does not create a purchase obligation for you or a delivery obligation for us. No payment is collected through the waitlist.

Joining the waitlist entitles you to:

• Receive SMS and/or email notification when the batch #001 order window opens, before the general public.
• Access founding pricing ($59/month, locked for twelve months from first purchase) if you are among the first 1,000 members to complete a purchase when the order window opens.
• Receive a founding gift with your first order, subject to the same 1,000-member limit.

Founding pricing and the founding gift are available only to the first 1,000 unique purchasers. Waitlist position determines priority of access to the order window, not a guaranteed founding-tier slot. If the order window sells out before you complete a purchase, founding pricing will not be extended.

3. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile number and submitting the waitlist form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Statia at the number provided. This consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Message frequency: approximately 2–4 messages per month.
• Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan.
• Reply STOP to any Statia text message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or email us at info@drinkstatia.com.

Supported carriers include all major US carriers. Carrier support for short codes is not guaranteed for all carriers.

4. Launch Timeline

We are targeting first shipments of Statia Restore batch #001 in February 2027. This date is an estimate, not a guarantee. Third-party laboratory testing, manufacturing, and regulatory processes may affect timing. If the timeline shifts materially, we will notify waitlist members by SMS and update this site. Joining the waitlist does not create any right to compensation if the launch is delayed.

5. No Medical Claims

Statia Restore is a dietary supplement. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Statements about ingredients have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Statia, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and waitlist are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Statia, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or waitlist, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the waitlist will not exceed $100.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site or waitlist after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
