SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

Statia, Inc. ("Statia," "we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS marketing program to notify waitlist members about the Statia Restore batch #001 launch, order window availability, and other updates related to our products. By providing your mobile number and submitting the waitlist form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Statia at the number you provided.

2. Consent

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase. You may join the waitlist and receive email-only communication by not providing a mobile number.

By checking the consent box on the waitlist form and submitting your mobile number, you agree to receive automated recurring marketing text messages from Statia at the mobile number provided. Message frequency is approximately 2–4 messages per month, though frequency may vary.

3. Message Frequency & Content

Messages may include:

• Launch and order window notifications (opening by SMS 24 hours before email)
• Third-party lab panel results and batch updates
• Founding-member status and pricing confirmations
• Shipping and fulfillment updates
• Occasional product and brand news

Message frequency: approximately 2–4 messages per month. We will not send promotional messages more than necessary to communicate material updates.

4. Costs

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Statia does not charge for SMS messages. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of Statia SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts.

Opting out of SMS does not remove you from the waitlist or affect any email communications you may have consented to separately.

7. Supported Carriers

Statia SMS messages are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Support is not guaranteed on all regional or MVNO carriers. Carrier support for short codes and toll-free messaging is subject to change.

8. Privacy

Your mobile number will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your number with service providers who assist us in delivering SMS messages (e.g., SMS platform operators) solely for that purpose. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated via SMS prior to taking effect. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
